Good Value Stay in the Dolomites!

Great value in the Dolomites! The hotel is stunning, with clean and spacious rooms. The balcony view is incredible. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink in the evening. The staff is very friendly. If you want to avoid high prices in Cortina, which is only a 20-minute drive away, this is the perfect place. Plus, there's free parking!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo bellissimo hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura nuova e elegante con vista montagne molto suggestiva. Camera ampia e molto pulita ( presenza di mini frigo, cuscini aggiuntivi e presenza di bollitore con infusi) con balconcino vista montagne. Al check-in ci hanno offerto aperitivo di benvenuto e al check-out un barattolino di miele locale! Soggiorno impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!

Spa not included, not a 4*, AVOID

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. This was a disappointing and bizarre experience. This is not a 4* hotel. The first issue - we had 1 really rainy day and had some soaking wet clothing. We asked reception if they could turn on the radiators in our room, the answer was no, something about the whole hotel’s heating has to be on or off as a whole. We asked for some kind of heater to dry our clothes, the answer was no. 2 more days later the clothes were still wet and we had to pack them wet in our suitcases. The second issue - later on the rainy day we decided to pass some time at the spa. The website is misleading this is not included with your stay. The price is €35 but hotel guests get a 10% discount so €31.50 for 3 hours. Reception rang the spa and nobody answered, she says they are fully booked but they should have spaces from 6pm. I asked how do you know that when nobody picked up the phone? I didn’t trust their answer so we did the 2 minute drive to the spa and we got booked in for 4:30pm. At check out there was no “how was your stay” just “this is the amount you owe for the spa”. Terrible service. The rooms are tiny, the only upside is a nice view but when you’re out for the day it is irrelevant. There is little space in the room, barely enough room in the bathroom to move, and I’m a size 8!! There is no atmosphere, no activities, the evening meal we tried once it was overpriced beef, it is like they try to be fancy when they are not. Avoid!!

We had the most stunning stay at Hotel Boite. We were here for our 1 year anniversary and it felt so special. The staff were incredible at marking the day & always so helpful & friendly. We loved having the hotel as our base to explore the Dolomites, would definitely recommend having a car to get around! We loved using the spa facilities but you do need to book in advance & have to pay to use it. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Il n'y a NI SPA NI PISCINE

ATTENTION, il n'y a pas de SPA NI DE PISCINE dans l'hôtel contrairement aux photos et à la description faite dans l'annonce. La piscine et le spa sont situés à 900m de l'hôtel et sont accessible pour 35€ par personne (10% de réduction si vous séjournez à l'hôtel). A notre arrivée nous avons été très surpris de découvrir que malgré les photos et la description faisant état de la présence d'une piscine incluse dans le prix et faisant parti de l'hôtel il n'y en avait pas dans l'hôtel. La réceptionniste nous a assuré que nous étions les premiers à nous plaindre, puis elle a reconnu que l'hôtel n'arrivait pas à changer l'annonce sur hotels.com pour mettre à jour l'accès payant à la piscine et le fait que cela ne faisait pas DU TOUT parti de l'hôtel. L'hôtel n'a fait aucun geste commercial et la réceptionniste nous a affirmé qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons fait une réclamation à la plateforme et nous avons obtenu un dédommagement partiel. Ayant envie d'une piscine pour notre séjour, nous n'aurions jamais réservé cet hôtel si nous avions su qu'il n'y avait pas de piscine. Pour le reste, les chambres sont agréables même si assez petites net le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Misleading information on hotels.com, as the spa/pool is not located in the hotel but a drive away, and it’s not included in the stay - you have to pay for entrance. The rooms are old and uncomfortable. The restaurant had a «cantine» vibe over it. We don’t understand how this can be a 4-star hotel and would not recommend it.

A cool refurbishment job on an old property. Lobby, bar, dining hall all very cool while being cozy and inviting. Rooms are a bit small, but most all come with a small balcony to view the beautiful mountains rising in the distance.

Hotel is no-frills. Expect a comfortable bed but not much service or customer experience beyond bare minimum. We were saddened and frustrated that two minor requests: bottle opener for wine and a fan were met with a “no” upon request. We understand if nothing is truly available, however, staff felt quick to deny a request and not look to support anything further. I think if you come into this hotel with the right mindset you’d be fine. However, we previously stayed in higher end hotels and that made this customer experience very lack luster and left a poor impression. Would try another hotel next time around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boite! Having the half room for breakfast and dinner was not only convenient, but also SO good. Breakfast had lots of options compared to a regular buffet, and it was some of the most quality European pastries we’ve ever had. Dinner was also unique dishes and very enjoyable.
