15 minutes from the center of BORDEAUX (beautiful city classified UNESCO) in charming property located on the heights, you can rent a renovated old house of 80 m2 with 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, a bathroom, a Separate toilet, a large living room with open kitchen. This house also includes a mezzanine and a large dressing room. The stairs are a little steep. It is ideal for 4 people. Easy access to the large swimming pool.
Close to this house you can find all the necessary shops and tennis, bike path, golf courses, forests, vineyards etc ...
If you can, we encourage you to come at least two weeks.

You can rest in peace, but also go for a walk. You can also visit or see some of the world's most famous places in this historic region. The city of BORDEAUX with its huge landscaped docks, offers to view an 18th century architecture, its water mirror, its rising bridge, its historic heart, its superb shops besides its gastronomy and also the beautiful village of Saint-Emilion , the castle of Montesquieu, the Pyla dune, prestigious castles and many other things ...

Séjour parfait dans une maison de charme et de caractère. M et Mme Gradt ont été particulièrement accueillants et ont su nous aiguiller pour profiter au mieux de la région. Great quiet location but not too far from City of Bordeaux which is easy to get to and other wonderful locations (St Emilion, Arcachon) are a pleasant drive away Lovely property in a tranquil setting, wonderfully hosted by Laurent who not only looked after but anticipated our every need A bit of bad weather during our stay did not detract and on the nicer days the pool was magnificent Overall a lovely relaxing stay

Fantastic stay for 15 nights

A super property and pool with very attentive hosts. The pool is so clear and clean and it’s in a lovely countryside setting which is very peaceful. Situated close to 2 villages one with a Super U and the other with a Lidl both just 5 minutes drive and both with excellent boulangeries. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and all the essentials to get you started when you arrive. Great Satellite TV with lots of channels in French, German and English. 10/10 for this property and area, Bordeaux is close by and we used the Park and Tram (TBN) which costs just €3.5 for up to 7 people return including parking and the return tram rides. Highly recommended!

Ein Paradies

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Laurent und Monica. Unsere Gastgeber und unsere Gastgeberin waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus mit wirklich sehr viel Charme ist eingebettet in eine paradiesische Umgebung. Natur pur!!!! Und sehr gepflegt! Die Austattung im Haus und am Haus war sehr gut. Die eingezogene Treppe mit dem großen Holzpodest ermöglicht den Zugang zu weiteren Zimmern, die liebevoll und individuell gestaltet sind. Das ungedämmte Holz macht das Haus allerdings hellhörig, was wir aber nicht schlimm fanden. An kühlen Abenden hat der Kamin für Gemütlichkeit bei einen guten Tropfen Bordeaux gesorgt. Ammeisten haben wir den Aufenthalt im Freien auf der Terrasse oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese genossen. Der Weg nach Bordeaux war nicht weit, man muss aber mit Staus rechnen. Ein Fahrzeug aber ist notwendig, um mobil sein zu können. Der Schotterweg zum Haus könnte etwas besser sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße an die Eigentümer Julia & Manfred

Lovely stay in the French countryside

Wonderful 18th century property just outside Bordeaux. Beautiful views, friendly hosts and close to all the Bordeaux region activities. We stayed for 4 weeks in February. The daffodils around the property bloomed while we were there and we had a great time getting to know the area, tasting wines and trying out the local cuisine both eating out and making ourselves. The fireplace was a great addition to our stay - and the wood was provided!

Ferien bei Bordeaux

Ein sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit wirklich sehr kurzer Anfahrt nach Bordeaux. Die Beschreibung des Objekts stimmt mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit als wir ankamen oder wenn es Fragen gab. Einziger kleiner Schwachpunkt, den der Besitzer aber schon kenn und angehen will, ist die Einfahrt zum Haus, hier sollte man kein tiefergelegtes Auto haben. Ansonsten gab es nicht zu beanstanden. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Urlaub im authentischen, französischen Bauernhaus

Zu allererst: Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem rustikalen Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung! Man muss nur wissen, dass das Haus zwar schön, aber auch sehr spartanisch und alt im Sinne von im Urzustand belassen ist. Auch sehr hellhörig! Wer sowas mag ist dort genau richtig. Ich hatte etwas Anlaufschwierigkeiten aber am Ende hat es mir doch ganz gut gefallen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist toll, könnte aber etwas besser sauber gehalten werden. Das Wlan (für die meisten die mit einem Teenager reisen sehr wichtig) war wirklich gut! Bordeaux ist eine tolle Stadt! Alles in alle schöne 2 Wochen!

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich

Das Anwesen ist ein Traum. Ruhe und Natur sind hier garantiert. Der Pool ist großartig. Um uns herum schönste Natur und die Gastgeberin ist super hilfsbereit. Ein absoluter Tipp! Und obwohl man hier mitten in wunderschöner Landschaft die Rehe grasen hören kann, ist man in 15 Minuten in Bordeaux. Eine bunte Stadt voller Flair und Lebenslust.

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit schönem Pool

Eine Woche ist fast ein bisschen kurz um das Haus und die Gegend zu genießen. Das Haus hat viel Charme und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch der Pool ist wirklich schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. Man ist in 15 min in der sehr lohnenswerten Stadt Bordeaux, in einer Autostunde ist man am Atlantik. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Si vous désirez un havre de paix non loin d'une superbe grande ville, plein d'espace au soleil ou bien à l'ombre pour toute la famille, un hôte charmant, une très belle maison qui fait "home away from home" plutôt qu'une location de vacances anodine, accès à une grande piscine à eau salée, et la combinaison parfaite entre nature pure et proximité de villages dynamiques (et de Bordeaux) ne cherchez pas plus loin: la location de Laurent coche toutes les cases!

Een fijne lokatie waar je tot rust kunt komen.

Een fijne lokatie. Jammer dat, bij de afwezigheid van de eigenaar/verhuurder, de dochter van vrijdag tot en met maandag met 2 GROTE honden kwam en deze los op het terrein liep lopen. De eigenaar maakte daarover later wel zijn excusses.

Frankreich so, wie man es sich vorstellt!!

Wir haben uns (Eltern mit zwei Kindern 3 u. 6 Jahre) ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Anlage insgesamt entsprach genau dem, was wir uns erhofft hatten. Frankreich zwischen den Weinbergen. Der Luxus besteht bei dem Objekt in der Authentizität. In der Boulangerie im Ort findet man ausgezeichnetes Baguette, der Super U sorgt für den Rest. Wir haben das Haus und die Atmosphäre geliebt und würden immer wieder hinfahren!!!

Ruhiges und sauberes Anwesen

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Haus. Es entspricht sehr genau der Bilder und Beschreibung. Die Lage des Hauses ist mitten in den Weinbergen, etwas abgelegen und ruhig, was wir sehr schätzten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und war sauber. Der Pool ist groß und auch sehr sauber. Mit 24°C ideal zum Baden. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und diskret. Somit ist das gesamten Anwesen ideal zum entspannen und ausruhen. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Die Lage zu Bordeaux und angrenzenten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ideal.
