Augustins, nice apartment with parking at 300 meters in the city center
Very nice apartment, that has been completely renovated, located on the 1st floor of a stonewall XVIIIth century buiding. Here you will find all the charm of a city center apartment, right in the historical center. Very bright (opens onto South West), it is also very quiet as it opens onto the back of the buiding and not on the street, even at night you hardly hear the noise of the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern devices, and the bathroom has an italian shower, so you will be perfectly confortable to enjoy your stay. (cooker, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, kettle, nespresso, coffee machine). In the living room you also have a TV and internet connexion (wifi in all apartment)
Located in the heart of the town, where everything happens, and in one of the most multicultural areas, cafés, restaurants and shop are just meters away. You will be able to have a snack or go out and drink wine with local specialities.
You will be close to transports and the cultural sites.
Check-ins are normally planned in the afternoon, after 3:30pm (extra charge after 19:00 : 25€)
Check-outs are normally planned in the morning, before 10:30am(extra charge before 7:30 : 25€)

Superbe séjour dans appartement en plein centre de Bordeaux au calme.
Procédure d'arrivée optimale, appartement parfaitement meublé et propre. Dans l'hyper centre mais au plus calme sans vis à vis direct, séjour parfait!

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung mitten im Zentrum
Mein Mann und ich haben eine Woche in der Wohnung in Bordeaux verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, sie ist ruhig, freundlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Das WiFi hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Man hatte uns sogar einen Ventilator bereitgestellt, da die Temperaturen zu der Zeit sehr hoch waren; und wir waren sehr froh drum! Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch, in der Nähe der Place de la Victoire, nahe beim Tram und Bus, wenn man sie braucht, inkl. Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Schirm. Einziger Negativpunkt: der Ventilator im fensterlosen Bad kann man zwar regulieren, er läuft aber andauernd, doch mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich daran. Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Museen, Märkte sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen oder sonst eben mit dem gut funktionierenden ÖV. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort hat mit einer Ausnahme am Anfang sehr gut geklappt. Wir konnten nach Absprache die Wohnung auch später als vorgesehen verlassen, was die Abreise für uns erleichtert hat. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Charm and comfort personified
We were so excited on seeing this charming 16th century apartment. The courtyard, the peacefulness of the apartment and the updates making it as comfortable being away from home. Location was convenient to all. Our greeter was superb. Can’t really find a negative. Thank you

bright, spacious well-equipped apartment
the management company was excellent and professional, meeting us at the apartment, providing info about the property and the area. apartment was very clean, updated and though it was on a busy street, it was generally very quiet and peaceful. we had everything we needed including a lot of food choices in the neighbourhood and a nearby supermarket. very close to public transit and well served, with lots of student life near the university.
