The apartment is perfectly located in Bordeaux city center and the place is awesome, great bathroom, bedroom and living room area. It also has a lovely balcony.
However, regarding the comunication for the stay we had plenty of misunderstandings like it did not include cleaning, towels or bed clothing, but that we had to pay an extra 49€ for that service. It would be great it is made clear since the beginning. Also, we were not allowed to enter the apartment until 16h and were given no solution to leave the luggage until then, and the same the day of the check-out, when we had to leave at 10:30AM and weren't helped out with where to leave luggage as we had a full day before our flight (nannybag app was our solution, given by a shop worker of Burdeaux city center, highly reccommended!)
Finally, we managed to get into the apartment at 13:30h (earlier than expected) but were only given one shower gel small tube for 3 people 3 days. Also, regarding communication for the check-in, we were contacted through SMS and were asked to reply through SMS that costs money, instead of speaking through WhatsApp (which we found later on the number had the app available and we could have has free cost communications).
We didn't del very welcome despite the quality of the apartment, which does correspond to what It promises (although it's quite cold) and we found out information little by little instead of a clear message from the beginning when asking to renta it regarding caution and extra fees from cleaning.
Hope they make communications clearer and more accesible in the future.
