## THE ACCOMMODATION
Located just steps away from Place Gambetta, this 40 m² apartment on the 1st floor is a real gem in the city of Bordeaux. Recently renovated, it offers a perfect harmony between the elegant Bordeaux stones and modern decor. You will be welcomed into a space where comfort and calm reign, offering a unique living experience.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare and enjoy your meals, inviting you to experience convivial moments.
To enhance your stay, the apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a television, ideal for a work session or relaxing at the end of the day. Optional services such as breakfast and the rental of a baby bed or high chair are also available, ensuring a tailor-made stay adapted to your needs. A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.

## DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €250 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €3.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Mériadeck Station then walk 5 minutes.
From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the bus 1 from Gare Saint Jean Station to Palais de Justice Station then walk 6 minutes.
To park your vehicle, places in the streets is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public parking « Centre Commercial Mériadeck» is located 500 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking are €19 for half a day.
