Benefiting from an excellent location, this attractive duplex apartment of 55 m2 is part of a small typical Bordeaux stone building completely renovated. Located on the first floor, this charming T3 luxury apartment fully equipped can accommodate families. It allows you to stay pleasantly in the heart of Bordeaux. It has been thought out and tastefully decorated to make you as pleasant and practical as possible during your stay.
Secure parking spaces located 50 meters from the accommodation are available upon reservation at a rate of € 10 / day.
Located at the foot of the "Tauzia" tram stop, Place Ste Croix and St Jean train station are reachable in five minutes on foot, as are all the amenities. Two secure parking spaces are available on request.

Great location and family friendly.
This is a very clean and quiet apartment in an interesting part of Bordeaux within easy walking distance to the trams, centre and all amenities. We were very comfortable and were within easy reach of some beautiful squares and found restaurants easily. A great base to explore such a cool city.

Très bon séjour en famille
Nous avons pu apprécier cet appartement lors d'un séjour en famille, très bien situé entre la gare à 5 minutes et les autres moyens de transports (le centre est à moins de 15 minutes). L'état général est impeccable et nous recommandons cette adresse.

Very spacious apartment with numerous immensities. Within walking distance to downtown Bordeaux.
This apartment is great! Lots of sleeping beds. Really nice baths and kitchen. Very clean and well-kept.Everything you need is provided. Really nice location as it is roughly a 20-25 minutes to downtown Bordeaux. Definitely would stay here again for our next visit.
