La entrada fue un desastre, no podiamos meter la clave de la puerta de la calle. Tuvimos que llamar a un telefono que habia en la cristalera del portal. Aqui nos atendio una chica muy paciente pero no nos aclaramos. Por fin bajo la chica de recepcion y de ahi en adelante todo muy bien. El personal muy atento.

Praktisk beliggenhet for tog

Helt OK hotell. Mangler air condition, noe som trakk litt ned på komforten. Praktisk med et minikjøkken på rommet. Nært matbutikk og trikken som går inn til sentrum. Praktisk beliggenhet siden vi reiste med tog.

Appartement situé derrière la gare à 5 min à pied, proche du métro Belcier, 3min à pied, il y a un Super U à proximité pour faire les courses, 15 min du centre en TRAM. Pratique. Une terrasse individuelle bétonnée prolonge l'appartement, agréable pour manger. Des locaux communs existent aussi.+ Terrasse En revanche quartier qui n'est que building et Bureau. Pas vraiment intéressant.

Clean basic apartment - quiet area

We stayed at Student Factory for 3 nights. This is a new apartment block near Gare St Jean. There are parking buildings around or you can find some street parking. The building is a little hard to find at first. The apartment we started in had a bad leak, but they changed us to another one. Nice and warm and good views. Bed was great, very comfortable - kitchen was very basic but had some plates and cutlery and a couple of saucepans. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Séjour agréable

Le fait de n'avoir pas de personnel pour récupérer la clef est légèrement déconcertant. Toutefois la procédure est bien expliquée et facile à réaliser. Le bâtiment est neuf, calme et propre. La chambre est très bien : propre et fonctionnelle. Tout est neuf : meuble, fournitures, équipements, ....

Nice “but”

This is a nice clean quiet place to stay. Having a private patio was great. The common area was nice. Unfortunately the bed was a little too firm for me. And because it was in the 80’s when we were there we had to keep the slider open at nite but with the blackout drapes closed the mosquitoes still got in. My wife had about a dozen bites on her after 2 nites. Still nice shower, good little kitchen and we felt very safe Good value though and close to St Jean train station

Prijs/kwaliteit correct.

Goede ligging, dicht bij treinstation en bus en tramhaltes. Vlotte check-in want geen receptie, maar ontvingen vooraf duidelijke e-mail van hotel met nodige gegevens. Alles Ok voor kort verblijf tijdens onze citytrip.

ss doute très bien qd rénovation quartier terminé

l'établissement en lui-même est correct et même confortable mais sa situation n'est pas très attreyante : perdu à l'arrière de la gare entre un terrain vague et un chantier (bruyant tôt le matin) Ce qui compense largement est que le personnel qui répond au téléphone (pas d'accueil sur place) est sympathique et efficace

Avoir internet est impératif

Je ne peux pas donner mon avis sur les locaux car je n'ai pas pu y rentrer. Pour un bon sejour il faut impérativement avoir internet sur soi ce qui n est pas le cas des plus anciens. Par contre en ce qui concerne la personne qui assurent la gestion de location journalière dont le numéro est sur la réservation je mets une note de 20 sur 20.personne tres impliqué courtoise à l écoute tres réactive. les chambres sont situées dans un tres beau quartier à 5mn de la gare à pied avec une supérette à proximité. Si vous êtes équipé d internet l intérieur doit être aussi beau que l extérieur.
