We apologize you were not happy with your stay but what your stating is absolutely not true. When you checked into your room about hour in the room you called and stated that the WiFi was not working. We called our tech support and put them through to your room for assistance. Unfortunately, the Tech was not able to assist with your internet to work.We offered to move you to another room and you refused as you stated you wanted to check out and be refunded. Management was more than willing to refund your money and you can check out. However, you changed your mind and stated you wanted to stay. The next morning you came to the desk informing the clerk of your issues the same agent that checked you in the night before. She informed you that we would have been more than happy to have moved you to another room but you refused she also offered to check you out that same day and refund your monies but you refused that as you decided to stay. Once check out came, Now you wanted a refund. Again, we do apologize as we did everything we could to accommodate you but you were not accepting of either option and it was you who decided to stay.

Best Western thanks you for your review good or bad. The hotel is an exterior hotel that does not have elevators. We ask guests that can not walk stairs to request for a first floor as there is no guarantee a first floor will be given if not requested.

We are sorry to hear that the other guests were disturbing you. Did you at any point call down to the desk to allow the FD agents to address this? We also see you checked in @ 5:32pm, if there was an issue with your room as you stated in your review again we ask did you call down to the desk? We would have been more than happy to move you to another room to your liking. Checking out and stating online is really not given the hotel the opportunity to address the guests complaints. We do apologize that you were mislead to believe we have tubs in our rooms. During Covid our rooms were completely renovated and all rooms do have showers. Again, we do apologize for the misunderstanding.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. When you came to the desk to check out, you were asked how did everything go and you stated about the lightbulb not working, no DND & the shower doors were not catching on track. The clerk wrote everything down for Maintenance & Housekeeping to address. Everything has been addressed shortly after you left. We appreciate you bringing these things to our attention. We do apologize sincerely that you were not satisfied with any of the rooms you were given. However, you were given a 3rd room to your liking and you decided to stay the whole night and in the AM you came down for Breakfast.Again, we understand that these things can happen and we will take full responsibility. However we would have been more than happy to have canceled your reservation with out charging and you could have stayed with another facility in the area. Our team did everything we could to make it comfortable for you but you were just not happy with anything. Upon our investigation we found the issues were not as severe as made out to be. We do appreciate your comments and apologize again.

We apologize that you were not happy that we would not accept cash for a Security Deposit. We implement these rules for reasons. For future endeavors please know that majority of hotels due require a deposit of some sort to protect the hotel ie; smoking, damages, etc.
