The hot tub and bathroom tub were not fully clean. There were dead bugs on the floor between the nightstand and wall. The bathroom shower curtain holder was broken and did not allow the shower curtain to fully extend. Went to breakfast at 715am and there was no regular coffee and the only choices were dry cereal, pastries and a waffle. It was not worth $171 for a one night stay. I won’t trust Expedia’s rating system going forward. This is the second that I have been overpriced and burned by this system.

The property looks ok on the outside however on the inside it is dirty many repairs need to be made and the owner got upset when i asked for a clean towel to put in front of the tub because the one i received was dirty with hair stuck to it. You cant make this up

The unpleasant smell right from the lobby through the elevator to the room. TV didn't work. Shower didn't work. We had to go out and buy antibacterial disinfectant spray also odor eliminators. We could not shower. This hotel need some serious renovations and upgrade.

Very dirty. They didn’t change the sheets after the previous occupant. Realized it from the smell. Asked them to give a different room to which they said they don’t have any available. They gave me some clean sheets so that I go and change on my own, which I ended up doing. Breakfast area was super dirty. Nobody cleans it until the end of the breakfast time. I thought Comfort inn was one of best among the cheaper lodging and they watch over the quality . I guess it completely depends who runs the branch/location

From the outside it looks ok. Inside, this place was a mess! The rooms with connecting doors are atrocious. The doors are SUPER CHEAP and do not block ANY sound. After getting a room change I discovered it could get worse - the rooms without connecting doors were FILTHY. I wish I remembered to take pics. The bed was dirty, the walls were dirty, the floors were dirty. There were smashed bugs on the wall, the (once) white duvet was dirt stained. The bathroom tub had a drain spout that was hanging on for dear life. The elevator floor had large clumps of dirt and sticky mess all over it for 3 days. Avoid this hotel at all costs! The discounted price isn’t worth it. The “long term residents” of the hotel go in and out to their cars all hours of the night. There are a number of large trucks in the lot they sit in, run their engines, and a car will pull up next to them for a minute, and then they come back inside. You can decide for yourself what is going on.

This used to be an ok place but not any more Too many questionable people hanging around. Room was filthy and smelled moldy and Smokey. Plumbing was falling off the wall. Noisy. Coffee terrible in am. Felt very unsafe there. I checked out early and went to a different hotel that was new and charged the same general price.

Our room outlet did not work and the desk person came in to wiggle the cord and said it would be fine. The bathroom exhaust did not work. The hotel was smoke free and the entry, hallway and our room obviously smelled like cigarette smoke. I have asthma and my husband had sarcadosis of his lungs. I was greatly disappointed and will not stay there again

I was lied, when I got there I wanted to know my final cost, It started at 136 then I was told after Triple A was added my final would be $119 tax included. When I went to leave, the paper they handed me was$139. I also stayed at the Comfort Inn in St Augustines it was $95 I want that $20 removed
