The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so here everyone can have fun and play games or cook. There is air / air heat pump which can also be used as air conditioning on hot days. The house has a large, open terrace where the weather can be enjoyed at all hours of the day while the children play in the garden. There is a further covered terrace where dinner can be enjoyed no matter what the weather is like. The large, cozy garden is suitable for playful children. There are many opportunities for varied walks in the area and the house is located in an area with good fishing opportunities and golf.
