The Neighborhood:
The largest city in Hutchinson County, Texas, Borger got its start during the Oil Boom of the 1920s. Today Borger is the home of the largest, land-based oil refinery in the continental US, in addition to multiple smaller refineries such as Nutrien, Orion Carbon, ToKei and more! It remains an important shipping point for agricultural produce as well as continuing to manufacture numerous petroleum products.

The home is ideally located near local grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, with plenty to do in the area. While RideShare apps do operate in the area, the best way to get around is by car and free parking is available.

Other Things to Note:
This peaceful home is located in a residential area in the town of Borger. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am.

No parties are allowed. No smoking inside the apartment. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.
