"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. "Apart from them forgetting to pick us up on the FREE hotel bus shuttle back and forth from the hotel and Porta Nuova, (but they did come quickly when I called them) and the safe in the room did not work as it required a new battery......I have nothing but pretty much EXCELLENCE to say on this hotel. When I walked into my room, I thought I must be it's first guest as it was so pristine and beautifully prepared with everything seeming so new. Thank you, and I commend the hotel for this. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, and with a good choice. The staff I encountered were extremely polite and helpful. Car parking was free and protected. Some of the outside areas required attention, hence only my 'good' comment, it appeared a little chaotic and unkept in places, but this is a small point.....it must be difficult to maintain such a building with various stairways, corridors and levels appearing to lead all over the place? Children must find it quite an adventure! Thank you for a first class stay. RG."
