“The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.”
“Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel.
Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. ”
“The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom.
Downstairs there was a place to make
breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too.
The staff were friendly and helpful.”
“This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic.
The staff here are superbly hospitable.
The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective.
Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent.
Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,……
“We spent a fantastic weekend at Petit Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The sauna and Haman were comfortable. I was very satisfied to have such a relax time there.”
“Perfect location if mountains, watches, and incredible people are something you like. Friendly and helpful staff and really nice rooms. I’ll be back.”
“Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening.
The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all.
The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the……
