With four large bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, three gas fireplaces, huge garag­e with remote, pool table, large spa, private dock, outdoor dining, streaming TV's, and a dedicated workspace, you will find yourself surrounded in comfort and convenience. Relax and allow yourself to become immersed in the serenity of your own private tranquil oasis.

We had a very difficult check-in process. The key would not work and neither would the garage entry code. Once we reached Monika, she treated us as if we were bothering her. She even said "I don't know what you want me to do, I'm in L.A." Finally the housekeeper's husband came with another key, which also did not work. He had to use a drill to manually remove the lock and open the door. We had to wait 3 hours, with a car full of people and food to enter the house with no apology from the host. For the rest of our trip, we could only enter and exit the house through the garage door. The house itself was very nice and spacious. We loved the kayaks and pool table, however the listing states there is an arcade/game room, which there is not. The couch is very big and fit all 5 of us with no trouble while we watched TV. We had several issues with ants in the kitchen upon arrival, and after we sprayed and cleaned, they continued to come back, forcing us to have to throw out some food. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor patio was great. The view cannot be beat. The dock was wonderful for fishing and accommodated our wave runner very well. We enjoyed the spa, but it didn't get very hot, so we only used it during the day. At this price point, we were surprised and disappointed to have to deal with these types of issues and customer service. Overall it is a nice house in a great location, and if some of these issues could be worked out, we would consider booking it again.

Amazing place! We stayed in mid august with our 5 kids ages 0-10. The house was perfect. good AC and a boat dock for our family ski boat. Monika was great and responsive. The bay area in front was great for swimming and the views are stunning. We will be back!!!

New Years with the Fam!

Great spacious home on the lake with everything you need to make your stay truly great. It was like opening a toy box with everything and anything you could think of for games, kayaking, barbecuing, relaxing in the jacuzzi and more. Wonderful house on the lake

My family and I really enjoyed our time at big bear lake. The house is right on the lake with direct access via a large private dock. The house was nice, clean and great for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, no a/c downstairs

The place looks like the photos. However, there is no air-conditioning in the downstairs bedroom. Chaotic check-in. Manager forgot to give us a key, we got locked out at night. Manager came in about 20 minutes. Not apologetic. Had to call again to get location of the key for hot tub lock. But then no instructions on how to use and controls too faded to read. But we still had a good time!

The perfect family getaway!!

Lakeside Boulder Bay Estate is perfect for a family getaway. The house is well equipped and located in a prime location overlooking Boulder Bay park. You can walk to the park from the house. The house comes with a couple of kayaks and a peddle boat that the kids loved. The rooms are good sized and the beds and linens are very comfortable. The owner was super responsive and check in and out was a breeze!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Can’t wait to go back! Kiddos and all!

Our family takes an annual trip during the winter and we have stayed at many VRBO/Air B&B properties. This one has been by far our favorite. The owners are so kind and accommodating and can easily be reached though the app or via cell phone. The property is incredible, it’s right on the water! There is so much natural light and every bedroom is very large and accommodating! We have 2 young kiddos and 2 pack-n-plays that could’ve fit easily in any of the bedrooms with room to spare. We had a total of 8 adults and 5 kids under 10. We fit comfortably, just a bit tight in the kitchen. The entire house was incredibly clean upon arrival, something we have not always experienced. The amenities were great, washer/dryer, detergent, extra towels, dishwasher and dishwasher soap, dish soap, entire refrigerator/freezer to use. The spa was heated upon arrival, and there is a great pool table in the living room! For parents of small toddlers please note that this is not a child-proof property (large stair case, tall dining room chairs, CO monitors close to the floor (test buttons are so fun!)), fireplaces are elevated with a stone hearth which I loved as a toddler mom (gives me time to pull them down before they can pull themselves up). All-in-all I highly recommend this property to any family or party. No matter the time of year this is a perfect home for a vacation. We can’t wait to go back!
