This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option.

Great stay! The facility was clean and up to date. The room had all of the amenities we required, we also used t=he pool and ate the morning breakfast. No issues.

The hotel and staff were fine. The complaints about the facility: carpet is boring, area in the shower needs some minor cleaning and sealing around the edge of the shower enclosure. The facility entrance access is terrible…it’s difficult to get into the area because it is surrounded by other hotels and not clearly very accessible. Especially at night. I had to go into the Hampton and ask the clerk how to get there and he said it’s a very common problem continually….. there’s one driveway blocked by huge painted blue cement blocks. This needs serious fixing!

This was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was completely booked and we heard absolutely nothing during the stay. No slamming doors, running, talking, etc. breakfast was normal for hotels. Seating areas were nice. Room was super clean. Bathroom seemed like it needed some updates but still clean and comfortable.

This is the best place to stay when visiting the area. It's a little extra drive, but well worth it. Great staff. Have stayed here many times.

Don’t hesitate to book!
Always a great stay. Our room cleanliness wasn’t normal. We’ve never had that happen. Staff is amazing as always. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.
