Perfect location

If you want a beach location, you can’t beat this lovely little terraced cottage just a stone’s throw from lovely Southbourne beach. The kitchen is really well stocked, beds and sofa were comfy and the BBQ and hot tub were very welcome additions after a day at the beach! Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely cottage, great location

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, great for dogs too with enclosed garden and yards from the beach. Only minor gripe is that more care could have been taken with cleaning. Many cobwebs upstairs and too much evidence of the previous visitors who clearly had a very hairy white dog!

The property was lovely. Perfect base for us. Owners were really responsive and super friendly. House was clean and exactly as advertised. New fence in the garden was a welcome addition! Kitchen had everything we needed.Only small thing that let it down is that the sofa and rug really need a good shampoo/clean. The smell of wet dog is over powering, even for a dog owner!

Superb!

A lovely holiday cottage in a great location. Couldn’t fault it - very clean, tastefully decorated, comfy bed, everything you could possibly need was included. The garden was ideal for the dog and, with the beach literally across the road and wonderful Hengistbury Head a 10 minute walk away, it was a Godsend. Damian was very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival - check in was simple and wine and delicious local biscuits in the kitchen as a welcome gift. We didn’t want to leave!

This was a nice retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London. Great layout and excellent location to town and beach. Damian was great to work with and had very prompt communication. My only recommendation is the couch is a little uncomfortable but other than that I would highly recommend! Cheers!

Great cottage in a great location

The cottage is immaculate and is very close to the sea. We could see the sea from the first and second floor and loved going to sleep listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Great beach location

The property was clean with lovely decor - loved all the little ornaments, it was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was enough space for all of us plus our little dog. The loft bedroom was a little warm but it was fine once we opened a window. The garden was nice to sit in too.

Location and quality of the property perfect, booking and communication process totally smooth. Quick access to terrific beach walks so ideal for dogs. A quiet neighbourhood so good for relaxing humans! Bistro on the Beach within two minutes , great for snacks, coffees etc. Shops for provisions within 5 minutes. Will definitely return. Great value!

A welcome short break with my dogs. Lovely location and secure garden for dogs. Plenty of local walking and dog friendly beaches. Welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. A bottle of milk would also have been welcome especially as tea and coffee were provided. Bed very comfortable with lovely sea views from the bedrooms.

Lovely well equipped cottage With great outdoor space . Close to beaches and lovely walks. The owner was very helpful although we had everything needed. Recommend for a family or couples stay and we would be happy to return. Prefect.
