Enjoy spending time together in this humble family home. Located away from the busy town centre, but under 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth Beach.

● Enclosed courtyard garden
● Parking for 2 cars - 1 small and 1 medium. Ring doorbell camera covering driveway.

First floor:
● 1 bedroom with double bed

You are renting the entire house. No areas are shared.

Overall adequate

The home was warm and tidy and comfortable for a small group. The home was looking a little tired and needing a spruce and it missed the opportunity with small touches to make you feel good. The outdoor lighting didn’t work There was a lack of space for eating for 4 people. The sofa was not comfortable and looked old. The back outdoor space could be made better.

The property was in a great location, not far from the beach or the tiown. The only thing that could be better. is a welcome pack! Explaining how the cooker and tv worked! I also think bin bags and recycling facilities should be made clearer
