Recently refurbished, the property was originally built back in 1928 and, whilst modest, has character. It is idreally situated on the edge of town, with extensive views over the golf course. The bedrooms are small but more than adequate, with comfortable beds and upgraded ensuites with good showers. There is a comfortable lounge area and bar and an attractive dining room, used for breakfast (included in the room rate) and for dinner at Ethos, the acclaimed resturant, one of Bowral's finest. Staff were friendly and attentive. Altogether, we thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay.

Excellent breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Quaint - lovely relaxed atmosphere. Suggest an addition in every room to explain the TV channels - there are so many and it's not easy to navigate. Perhaps as a start, list the popular free-to-air channels and their corresponding numbers on the system.

Very basic accomodation. Photos show the property in a very very good light (maybe heavily filtered), we were disappointed at how old and “motel”-like it felt. Room also had a musky odour, could be due to its age or from a pet.

Links House is the perfect venue for the quintessential Highlands escape. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and cosy, complimentary breakfast - delicious. Highlight was sitting by the fire in the communal lounge room and of course the staff, Michael is the absolute best! Thanks for a memorable stay!

The keeper's cottage is cosy and quiet, loved the bath. The breakfast room is a beautiful, sunny place in the morning with a view of the golf course. Breakfast options were satisfactory and the food was great. The staff were very friendly. There was no iron in our room but they had one for us to borrow. They were very apologetic when we told them the fan in our bathroom didn't work. There were just some cobwebs near the ceiling but not a big deal cause the bed and towels were all perfectly clean. As with all hotels, not enough hooks or hangers!
