「Visited DC and surrounding areas for a small get-together with friends. Perfect for the 3 of us, and keyless entry made it easy to go in and out, easy parking! 「My wife and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this B&B! It is cute spacious up to date and clean. Mr Boose is very much the host and the breakfasts were 5 star! We were about a mile from the Frederick MD historic and shopping district. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we need overnight accomodations in Frederick!」

"The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment."
