from start to finish the staff, we're extremely professional and helpful. The room was updated clean and cozy. The bar is simple and the bartender was extremely nice. We didn't have breakfast, but the staff recommended a few breakfast locations and we found one that was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

I was displaced from my apartment due to a sewer gas leak for a couple weeks and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond every single day of my stay. While I certainly wasn’t on vacation, I could not have asked for a better hotel experience, 5 stars all the way.

Hotel, room and pool were all lovely. Paying for parking seemed a little excessive since the room itself for one night with fees was nearly $400. No extras offered in the rooms like lotion, makeup removers or a blow dryer. The staff at the cafe was awful. Coffee came out barely like warm and we only got 2 out of the 3 we ordered. We ended up leaving without our meals (two breakfast burritos and one sandwich) because they hadn’t even started on them after 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. They were not busy whatsoever- the three staff members just stood around milling about doing not much of anything. When asked about the issue, they just stared at us blankly and didn’t offer any sort of service recovery. They simply said they were busy… there were two other people already eating and it was 7:15 and they opened at 7:00. We ended up, leaving without any of our food nor a refund.

New hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Quiet for the most part and only a five minute drive to Main Street/downtown. Great little bar and restaurant for breakfast. Only negative I would say is there are zero extras in your bathroom. Meaning no q-tips, no lotion, no cotton swabs, etc.
