We really enjoyed this condo. It was in a nice condo development- it was near a grocery store and restaurants. We also were very near the beach and there's a nice pool in the condo complex. We would rent here again.

Trolley stop right out front. Beach right across the street. Beach gear was a plus. But the unit is in need of a few updates. Such as the sofa the throw pillows the curtains. Curtain rod falling off the wall. Refrigerator shelving is rusty microwave is outdated. Bathrooms have been recently updated and are nice.
