Overview

The home is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for our family and enough space to have your own space. Walking distance to the beach which was so nice. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Great walking path on the ocean

Great location.

Best location on the entire island due to its proximity to the beach, the bay, and Bridge Street with all its restaurants, shops, and bars. The house was perfect and the pool and spa were just what we needed after a long day on the beach.

Perfect family vacation

This was the perfect location for our annual family vacation! Was great for the kids and we were even able to bring our dog along. Just steps away from the beach, this was a great spot on AMI- easily accessible to the restaurants and bridge street pier. We even went to longboat key for dinner one night. Highly recommend!

Great house

Property was fantastic. It is one house from the bay and 3 houses away from the gulf. We saw a bunch of sunsets and sunrises on the roof deck. Pool was big enough for our family of 5 to swim in and take a break from a day at the beach. We took bikes to bridge street most nights for dinner where you can find plenty of options. House had 2 kayaks and 3 bikes for us to use. Houses is also a quick bike ride to longboat key where we are at Whitney’s. Probably the best food we had while there.

Perfect location

The property was clean, well maintained, walking distance to the beach, exactly like it was described. Perfect for few families with kids. Has a pool that is maintained and with hot tub. Highly recommend.

Great friends & family trip!

We had the absolute best time staying in Bradenton Beach, as no one from our group of 12 had been before. The rental group was amazing and went above and beyond even letting us stow our luggage when we arrived well before check in & left well after. The house is in a great location and everyone in our group had a blast! We’ve definitely found a new “beach town!”

Family vacation

We were able to have a great time with family. The fact that property was within a minute to the beach was great with 2 seniors and 2 kids. We were able to pack lite and go to the house if we forgot something. Gate lock should be fixed it wasn’t able to lock at all. On other properties we stayed the door to the pool had an alarm. This one didn’t had any. Balcony should have an extra safety lock. Traveling with toddlers those things see important. Overall we had an amazing time

Walking distance to the beach. A lot of amenities available and seamless check in process. Minor issues with ice machine not working but this did not affect our vacation.

Fun with Friends

We had a great time, and the rental house was perfect. It fit our group of 13. The walk to everything was close. The kitchen was a good size. the pool area was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Hot tub didn’t heat until last night

My code to get in didn’t work but Emma was very responsive The hot tub wasn’t heating up and didn’t get fixed until our last night which was too bad as it was chilly outside and would have nice to have used sooner as that was a big sell for us Again Emma was very responsive and kind and the location was great

Anniversary Celebration.

Wife and I celebrating anniversary with grandchildren, kids and spouses. House was as advertised, some minor maintenance needs, instructions for pool. Grandchildren loved the pool, we rented golf carts and explored the island and shopped. Shell hunted in early mornings, it was nice to watch sun rise &sunset from the house and other locations nearby. The service at every restaurant for supper was great as well as the food. We bought groceries for breakfast and lunches, along with snacking. Wegrilled one night as well.

This house needs some work

The house needs TLC. So many things could be fixed to make it better. Moldy/dusty air vents, shower curtain stained and moldy, door and cabinet handles loose and falling off and pool was dirty. The house has great potential but someone needs to fine tune it. A plaque in the bathroom even fell off the wall and almost severly injured my niece. Overall a great house but it needs some major cleaning and fixing.

Amazing vacation

This property was perfect for my family vacation! It was functional and never felt crowded. Getting ahold of when needed was simple as well! Would definitely recommend a family vacation at this house!

Perfect spot for families!

We had a wonderful time at Mermaids Landing! The house was perfect for our 3 families (we have kiddos ages 9-2) with plenty of space and awesome location walkable to the beach and Bridge Street! The pool/backyard area was beautiful and we spent many afternoons and evenings poolside! The only slight complaint of the house is there is no 1/2 bath or powder room off the main living area or downstairs area so everyone had to use their “assigned family bathroom” in a bedroom. But otherwise the house was great! Also highly recommend The Local Grocer for full service grocery delivery service (including alcohol!) Made getting our vacation going seamless upon arrival to the house. We would rent this home again if our travels take us back to AMI!

Perfect!

This place fit our group of 14 perfectly! Plenty of room and sleeping space for everyone! Outdoor pool, hot tub and entertainment area was perfect! The rooftop deck was wonderful for sunrise views and yoga. Location to the beach was awesome! Older kids could stay at the beach and younger kids could go back and forth as needed. Shopping on Bridge Street close enough to walk. We will definitely be back.
