1 car maximum can park at this home, and only the east side of the garage is available for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. You must have a parking pass which is left in the condo. $75.00 charge if the passes are lost.

Please remember you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Runaway review

The condo was very adequate as far as the accommodations were concerned. It appeared that it had been a while since someone had stayed there. Had to do a pretty hard clean when we got there. Also had a leak in the master shower.
