Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Is only 5 houses from the beach and 1 house away from the bay! Making both bodies of water conveniently accessible with the perks of the island breeze.

Access to shared pool and outdoor seating area with three other cottages. Centrally located between the Manatee and Cortez bridges, helpful when trying to avoid traffic on or off the island.

Loved it. Stayed three days here with my wife in November. 100 yards from the beach. Great sunsets, super clean and comfortable place. Beach chairs, beach towels, laundry….book it!

Beach Life!
Great location about 2 minutes walk to the beach! Our kids had the pull out sofa and we had the bedroom. Worked well for all of us. Had most of the cooking stuff needed if you would rather cook then go out. Not far from Publix or other shopping. About 10 minutes from all the boutique shops and restaurants. Will definitely be on our radar if we go back to AMI

Wonderful!!!! Highly recommend!!
This house was perfect. We stayed for a week in March as a get away and life event celebration. Everything was thought of. Kitchen well supplied with everything but the food. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella all there for the short walk to the beach. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean. The pool was clean as well. The owner responded quickly to any questions! Highly recommend and would go back in the future!

Couldn’t have been better:)
This was a wonderful vacation experience! It was the first time we’ve spent more than a week at a vacation property & it was great! We loved that we could bring our small pup with us. This property was so clean, well prepared & nicely decorated. The owner was always very nice & available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Bradenton Beach
We found this small 1 BR unit to be in a great location. We were close to many restaurants and bars, close to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. Met many people and found all to be friendly and felt very safe in this neighborhood. I would recommend this unit to a couple looking for a place.
