Beach Style House w/ large backyard, close to fishing, canoeing, and beaches
A house near Anna Maria Island, which is only 10 mins away. Very comfortable on the inside with enough beds and room for 6 people. Fully furnished on the inside with the design of a typical beach home. A backyard complete with outdoor dining area and bar island that are great for outdoor grilling. A big, fenced in backyard that is great for pets to run around. Backyard comes with a a porch and dining area, a fire pit area to spend cold winter nights, and a bar area with grilling as an option. Nice little neighborhood with many nearby elementary and middle schools; a very safe area. Small business district is just a little south on Manatee Avenue, and further South is many eateries on Cortez. Hiking, Fishing, canoeing, and a botanical garden are all within a mile or two of this home.

In our travel party we’re two people and there was plenty of space to be in the same room, but felt away which was nice when you needed that. Didn’t feel on top of each other when in the house. Bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room to unload suitcases and still have floor space. Restrooms were great! House was clean, put together nicely! Owner was very communicative when needed, which is a huge plus! Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect stay in a quiet neighborhood
Stayed for a week working remotely to get away from the cold. The house was exactly as described and had everything I needed and more. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. The back yard is fenced in and very large providing a great hang out spot. I look forward to my next stay at this property.

Great location
This property is located in north west Bradenton; close to shopping, amenities and Anna Maria Island. Beds are extremely comfortable, as is all of the furniture. It also has a lovely outside patio area perfect for picnics and barbecues.
