Bradenton family retreat

Very clean, well equipped 4 bedromm house. Close to center of bradenton. As 4 adults, everyone had plenty of personal soace and plenty of space to gather and visit.

Even better than we expected

Our group of 8 family members from age 3-68 enjoyed a perfect stay at this property. This place had absolutely everything we needed…from the kitchen to the pool and beach supplies. The outdoor living area was superb and we ate all of our meals on the lanai. The pool was warm and a nice size and the beaches were close. The communication from the owner was fantastic. We would all recommend this rental.

Great quiet neighborhood for a quick stay

We had trouble getting into the home... some information wasn't clear on using the lock, but after that was remedied all was well. The owner worked with us to get the problem resolved quickly. It was a clean and orderly home with 4 nice sized bedrooms, and all were decorated perfectly. We utilized the house well, we didn't have time to use the pool or spend time outdoors, but if the time was there, we certainly would have. If you need a cute home for a stay, we definitely recommend this one. It had everything we needed!

Everything you could want

Me and 10 family members travelled up from Orlando. The host Chris was in contact with me from the moment I booked and was informative about all my questions. We was able to check in an hour early which was great. The house is perfect the beds are comfortable and the pool and outdoor area are amazing. ( keep your eye on the flamingo at night in the pool) really nothing negative to say about the property really plenty of room well equipped kitchen the beach is 15 mins away. The grill was great and was really nice sitting out at the fire pit. Publix is close aswell. 10/10 for me has everything you can need in a property felt very homely

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with 8 adults. The house was good size and kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans to cook. Loved the Blackstone grill as well. We did come across a few issues that we had to deal with. When arriving we only found 1 beach chair and no pool noodles so since a few of us were local we were able to head home to get them so we could all enjoy the beach. Also, had a few issues with the pool. Pool deck very dirty so we borrowed hose from a neighbor to spray off and 1st day pool was warm but by day 2 it was cooling down. We dealt with all these issues with the property manager Chris and all of the issues were resolved quickly. My overall comment would be that the house definitely fit our needs and we would probably stay again.
