Great vacation house!

The Cortez Cabana was a perfect stay for our group. A total of 3 families with 4 kids ranging from 1 to 10 years old and 6 adults. The house was well laid out with plenty of space for a large group, having everything on one level was definitely a plus! The covered area outside made a great place to hang out while still being able to see the whole pool area and canal. The pool is deep, so the young kids were not able to touch anywhere but the steps, so bring floaties if needed. The location was perfect to lots of beaches and easy on to Anna Maria Island. There were also some great places to eat, get ice cream and shop around when you don't want to travel over to the island. Make sure to bring any amenities you need for bath or kitchen as that was limited. There was a garage stocked with great pool toys and beach needs! Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Family Christmas in Florida

My entire family all met at Cortez Cabana to celebrate Christmas! The home is beautiful and spacious and lots of room to spread out! The outside patio was a perfect spot for games and hanging out while others enjoyed the pool and some fishing off the dock. We enjoyed grilling out several nights with the grill provided as well! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of seating with the large island. The location was perfect with Bradenton Beach and Ana Marie Island just down the street! We love this home and will definitely be back!! Thank you!

Great House & Accommodating Host

The host was so accommodating to give us permission to let us a host a brunch after a wedding that involved a few more people than the house limit. We loved the house. The brunch guests also loved the house. House is beautiful, big, comfortable furniture, many areas to gather inside and out. The coffee nook was nice and well used. The kitchen is fabulous. Although we only used the pool one day, it was nice that it was heated (with an extra fee) because there was a cold snap while we were there. Warning to a group with all adults: the room with 2 queen beds are up against the wall with only 1 night stand between them, no closet, no place to put luggage, which would be an issue if you plan to put 4 people in that room The room with the queen trundle bed, if you pull out the bottom trundle you cannot walk around it. It was a good room to put our infant bed. Overall, great house.

Mother's day getaway

Pleasant home, really nice area. The only thing was the listing shows two bedrooms with 2 beds?And it's only one bedroom with two beds that could be a misunderstanding for future renters. Also 1 of thebathrooms toiletpaper holder was hangingout of the wall. As if someone tried to repair it before we had even checked in. Other than that, me and 12 ladies spent our time there for Mother's Day and birthdays getaway. Home was very spacious and had all the utensils,you could ever need for cooking. This house is very equipped for grilling and just having a good time. Beaches nearby only eight minutes a way very beautiful.

Great location

The house was beautiful! I would certainly book here again. The house came with everything you need. The bedrooms were a little warm, but the living space was cool. Be sure to bring bug spray because the no see um bug bites are brutal. Overall, the house is in a great location and you will not want to leave!
