This charming 4-bedroom house has recently been renovated and features modern amenities. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it boasts a beautiful backyard pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook, so you don't have to worry about packing any kitchen supplies. This cozy home is perfect for your stay as it offers both comfort and convenience.

The neighborhood is very safe and has friendly and helpful neighbors. The community area offers a heated pool, a kid's park, basketball, and tennis courts. You can request the key from me and have access to these amenities.

We stayed here for 10 days. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food and the bbq grill was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had really strong water pressure- just perfect. The management team was very responsive, when we texted to explain that the main TV wasn’t connecting for us, they came right over to fix it. The listing did say that the property had a hot tub, but it didn’t. It does have a really nice soaker tub in the master bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor furniture. it.

Beautiful home! Neighborhood is quiet and close to University Town Center. There was a slight issue with the door code when we arrived but the host was responsive and addressed the problem promptly. Would stay again.
