「酒店位置在主要街道上，周边有餐馆、银行、超市、加油站，生活便利。房间设施有些陈旧，但舒适、实用。前台服务人员态度很好，非常热情，我到达的时候已经是凌晨2:30，依然有人在等待，令我十分意外。早餐较简单，但有热食，还不错。酒店24小时提供免费咖啡，可以接热水，非常方便。免费停车，环境舒适，值得再次入住。」

「They’re getting one star because Expedia doesn’t allow me to give them less than that. The entire hotel is in poor condition. The first room that I was given stank and had mold growing in the bathroom. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes and humidity. The towels were stained. There was only conditioner and body wash bottles and they were 1/4 of the way filled up. Place sucked.」

「The first room we were given had some weird splatter on the ceiling, tv and floor. There was also a wasp in the room. We asked for a diff room this one was much cleaner but smelt like cat pee.」

「The staff was excellent--knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The sink could have had more space for toiletries. Did not keep the breakfast items stocked the first day, but the second day was fine. On the whole I was very pleased with the whole experience.」

「We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Maple Hill is a piece of living history and it was a privilege to stay there. The owners are excellent stewards of this absolute gem. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Every detail in the house is stunning. We took time to look at everything inside and outside so that we could absorb the beauty of the home and property. And the breakfast was BETTER than a restaurant! Getting dessert in the evening was such a lovely treat and a romantic...

「I didn't like the realm at all it's stunk it was supposed to be a handicapped from far from it the AC heater unit didn't work properly the bathroom door was a sliding door which was stuck. Got the front desk in there they couldn't fix it it was a bathtub not a walk-in shower for handicapped people who can't get in a tub like me the dad was not helpful it was too hard and high we booked the room for 2 days and left after first day could not get a refund」

「We had reserved and paid for a 2 bed room but were given a single bed with a roll away. We were not given any advanced notice of the change and were not able to cancel and look for other accommodations. It was very hard to shower as the curtain did not reach the floor and had no barrier preventing the shower floor from flooding.」

「We really enjoyed our stay this year, it’s the second year that we stayed at this motel. Rooms are always clean, comfortable beds and room service is great. They tidy up the rooms everyday. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, always plenty and fresh. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, with check-in and check out. Would definitely recommend this motel. Also parking is great and plenty to chose from, location is also great, restaurants and shopping are very close to motel. 」
