The 3 bedroom side by side townhome was very nice and clean. Each bedroom was on its own floor and had its own bathroom. The screened in porch and deck were great bonuses and we loved the view of the trees and lake. Wilderness Resort is quiet and peaceful. We had a great time and plan to go back!

Perfect family getaway stay. Lots of room, comfortable furniture, lovely outdoor deck, patio and yard. The beach is small but has nice sand and the water is clear. We are likely to make this a summer tradition.

The property location is perfect, beautiful lake with great fishing and a nice beach with sandy swimming area. The cabins that we stayed at were in need of updating. The maintenance was not well done, it wasn't very clean, the water is super hard and brown, they had kayaks, a paddle board and an old canoe but not enough oars/paddles. The cabin that my brother stayed at had a broken window and it was repaired it with a Cheez-it box.

Great quiet resort

Overall a great place to stay for a quiet and fun family vacation. Cleanliness was only scored lower for the beach, everything else was good. But in 4 mornings we were there the beach was only cleaned up once. Some guests left empty beverage containers and they remained out until other guests cleaned them up. Overall though it was just the kind of vacation we were looking for. We stayed in cabin 4 and it was fairly modern, clean, and everything worked great. My family would have no issues with returning and we would recommend it to our friends and family.

This place was fantastic! My kids cried when it was time to leave. We will definitely be back! The cabin was clean, there are many activities to do, and we felt very safe even during COVID-19. Things to know: we wish we brought paper towels, napkins, and hand soap (the only soap is a mini bar to share between the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower). We did bring our own towels, which was good because there’s no way to get more. Also, there is no wifi and cell service is very spotty. The cabins are rustic, but we loved them! We were in cabin 2 and are a family of 6 plus a baby. It was tight. There’s a grill and fire pit right at the cabin, and the view is awesome! For those complaining about the “stained toilet/rusty water/iron stains,” please remember that you are literally on an iron range. This is to be expected! We loved this place!

We liked the privacy and quietness. We didn’t have paper products (napkins or paper towels) for the kitchen. Also, there was an blt one dishcloth and kitchen towel. Unsure if there should be more, but would have been helpful.

Property was so so much more then I expected. It’s was clean . It’s have very nice amenities . This is a place you would be proud to bring your family and closest friends . Will be back soon !!

Not fan

The cabin was very old school. There was a very large gap under the front door that rain came in. There were two space heaters for heat. The bathroom was gross and the lighting awful.
