“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance.
It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request.
Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful.

“A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.”

“Quaint, comfortable and welcoming place in a pretty area. Stopped on the way from Vienna to Warsaw and opted to stay in a typical local hotel. Hotel met our needs; we were welcomed and our room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and we were shown the facilities of the roome. Really enjoyed eating at the hotel and also the great buffet breakfast. Helpful service; we speak no Czech and they were accommodating to explain things for us. I really enjoyed the experience.”
