「We had a wonderful stay at the Alpin Resort. The hotel staff prepared a lovely surprise when we arrived: champagne, chocolate, petals. It was our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room had a cozy feel but spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The dinners were rich and plenty to choose from. We had the time of our lives and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

「We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party.
