"The breakfast was easy to grab and go. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was average cleanliness, had a bit of a musty smell but the beds were clean and comfortable. The value of the room made the stay well worth it. "

"Front desk staff upon check-in was very friendly and efficient. The room was immaculate, shower was nice and hot, and the bed very comfortable. After checkout, I drove about 15 miles then realized I had left my Fitbit and charger plugged into an outlet in my room. I made a U-turn and went straight back. Before I could finish my sentence, the front desk clerk handed me my Fitbit. Thank you, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The door to our room didn’t close and lock properly. We were at the very end of the Galloway so not super concerned as it seemed safe enough but we had to work at getting the door closed well. "

"I pulled up at the inn and thought, "Wait, is this the place?" because it looks abandoned. It's a sad, desolate, almost creepy place, though the staff are lovely."

Checked in and was asked if we would like a wake up call for breakfast, said yes 8:00AM was awoken at 5:30am when my husband answered the phone he said we Asked for a 8:00AM wake up not 5:30AM he said oh wrong room and hung up. Needless to say we couldn’t go back to sleep after a late 11:30pm check in. Complained to manager at check out she was uncaring and just said mistakes happen. In the wake of being tired we accidentally left my cosmetic case on the luggage cart called the hotel when we got home they did not have it. Stolen by staff or another guest who knows but staff nor corporate again seemed to care. I give this hotel 0 stars for poor and uncaring Customer Service! "
