「The place lived up to it's claims. Both couples were pleased with the accommodation. Due to a delay on the road, we never arrived at our early check in time, which the host graciously provided. We spent the evening out, and left just before check out, so never had too much opportunity to enjoy all the features of the place. All in all , a great place to stay.」

「The lady I engaged with was great to deal with and responded quickly to inquiries. Upon closer examination, the place was not as clean as we had expected; however the host said she would address the issue. There are a lot of extras that were nice; for example a foosball table, a sunroom, a washer/dryer. It is in a good location on the Grand River and is quiet. It is also pet friendly which was what we needed. Overall I would recommend the place.」

「A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!」
