Our favorite Brasilia Hotel

We visit Brasilia every year from Washington State, USA, and the Saint Moritz has become our favorite hotel. The wonderful rooftop dining room for breakfast and the friendly and professional staff can't be beat. We really do love staying there, and it is conveniently located and not far from our family's apt.

It was decent hotel, but when I got very sick and couldn’t go to breakfast asked my husband to bring me some and he was told he couldn’t take any to the rooms. Really? For a sick person? Won’t stay there again.

Great service. Location can be a little loud since there is an amphitheater across the highway. The music travels and can be quite loud- nothing the hotel can do about that and luckily it is not everyday.

Hal-day surcharge for early arrival

Arrived in morning after all-night flight. Room was available, but they wouldn’t allow check-in prior to 11am - unless one paid a 1/2day rate surcharge. Since that was equivalent to our full night rate on hotels.com we instead camped out in lobby awaiting the appointed time.

De modo geral, o hotel é muito bom, apenas o serviço no Restaurante é ruim, pois fiquei aguardando mais de 60 min por um misto quente. Na verdade, desisti quando fiquei muito tempo esperando e tinha outros compromissos.

O quarto é bom, mas a coberta em si é ruim, muito fina. Achei o tapete que fica embaixo da cama suja e o chão dava pra sentir aquele pó fino, sabe? O café da manhã também não é dos melhores, tinha coisa ruins e outras boas. Não é ruim, mas pelas avaliações que vi antes achei que a experiência seria melhor. A vista é muito bonita!

O hotel é bem localizado, porém tenho algumas considerações: para acessar o quarto ou restaurante do hotel, faz-se necessário utilizar o elevador, que necessita do cartão, que por sua vez não funciona. Outra questão éem relação a limpeza do quarto. Colocamos a sinalização na porta e mesmo assim tivemos que ir na recepção solicitar a limpeza.
