Accommodation
Living room: Large comfortable sofa and 2 fireside chairs. Large Smart TV with Sky channels, soundbar and Blue-ray player. Wood burning stove in large Inglenook fireplace.
Kitchen: Well equipped, modern fitted kitchen with electric cooker, 4 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine, variety of kitchen utensils.
Dining Room: Table and chairs seating 4. Patio doors leading on to rear garden.
Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Master Kingsize room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV with Sky channels and windows over looking the rear garden
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Twin bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and Smart TV with Sky channels.
Bathroom (First Floor): Bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Garden: Accessed through the dining room and up 7 steep concrete steps (with hand rail). Fully enclosed walled patio area with picnic bench and rattan garden furniture with cushions and BBQ stove. Further 4 steps up to artificial lawn.
Parking: Close by on street parking available or paid parking available in local car park.
Pets: 2 Pets welcome
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Gas central heating. Wi Fi Broadband. Sky TV, No smoking. Short term breaks available during September to May – (Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon). Arrival & departure for weekly bookings is Friday. In keeping with the style of the property there are some low thresholds.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.

The Old Bakery, brought to you by Cottages On The Coast, is ideally positioned in a quiet street, but only moments away from the centre of the village and an array of independent shops and eateries that Braunton has to offer. Just a short car journey away are the magnificent sandy, surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde whilst slightly further afield are Woolacombe Bay, the harbourside at Ilfracombe and Exmoor National Park, all offering memorable days out. A great place for friends and families to enjoy a well earned holiday. The property provides contemporary living in a character cottage and is within easy walking distance of the popular resort of Braunton. The Old Bakery acts as a great base to explore the North Devon Coastline and is a firm favourite with families and couples wishing to holiday in this beautiful part of North Devon.

The is plenty of on road parking within 150 metres of the property. There is also a public car park only 300 metres away.

Very lovely property, nicely furnished and very clean. Only down side - dining room not particularly nice to sit in, as not a nice view of the stairs/bins outside (shame they didn’t knock through to the kitchen) so didn’t use it all.
