"Check-in Experience Check‑in was cumbersome, and staff did not appear to have access to real‑time room availability or status. Although the team was friendly and tried to be helpful, it was clear they didn’t have the tools or information needed to fully support guest requests. Room & Amenities The room itself was interesting, but several basics were missing: The bathroom had no place to hang towels, which made it inconvenient. There was no refrigerator or microwave, which limited comfort and practicality for longer stays. Dog‑Friendly Considerations While the property is advertised as dog‑friendly, there was no designated area for dogs to relieve themselves, which made it difficult to travel with pets. Overall Impression Friendly staff and unique rooms, but operational issues and missing amenities impacted the stay. With better staff tools, clearer processes, and improved facilities—especially for pet‑friendly travelers—the experience could be significantly better."

"My stay was wonderful, it was very cute and the rooms were very well appointed. The desk was manned by very friendly and helpful staff, always offering suggestions and providing information for the surrounding area and places to eat that are dog-friendly! I loved that they had bicycles you could use and the pool was really a nice alternative since the beaches had advisories."
