「I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

「Small little cottage was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids under 10). Dawn was an excellent host with a few surprises that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Thank your for the smore's and breakfast treats! She was very quick with communication when we had questions and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze.
