I did not figure this out until just before check-in, but once I knew where to look for the communication, it was complete, clear, timely and……

“The townhouse was nice, just picking up the key from another location, which was about a 10 min walk with cases in the rain wasn’t ideal. No soap or shampoo either, which they were very apologetic for. No coffee. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. ”
