"房间很好，环境很好，停车场很好，但是需要进行员工培训，我可以明显感觉到我退房时，前台的两位女性，其中一位并不想服务亚洲人，所以一直在电脑前装的很忙碌，并时不时用眼睛撇我，在另一位女性给我和我老婆提供服务后，她起身开始为排在我后面的白人夫妻提供服务。"
