This perfect retreat from the hustle of city life provides everything you need for a comfortable country stay away from home. This is a two bedroom, one bath home with an additional room that offers closed privacy. Sleeps 8 guests. The deck creates outdoor space for eating meals - Large fenced backyard will make your pets ☺️Stocked & equipped kitchen. Heat/AC. Washer/Dryer included in unit. High speed internet - Smart TV -Self Check-in. Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Brenham.
This newly remodeled 100 year+ craftsman offers two 8x13 bedrooms, one with a full size bed and a convertible chair bed, the other with triple bunks. The entrance room provides accommodations for two additional guests with a day bed and trundle - barn doors provide privacy from the main living space. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, farm sink with garbage disposal, gas oven, microwave, electric skillet, George Foreman grill, waffle maker, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and crockpot. If cooking at home isn't your thing, you are less than a mile to downtown Brenham's finest restaurants. Don't want to drive? Take a 7-minute walk from this comfortable duplex (shared wall but no shared entry) to Brazos Valley Brewing Co. and see what's on tap for the day. Visiting your Blinn College student? Walk across the street to order from the campus cafeteria or food truck as a guest. Explore antiques in nearby Round Top. Indulge in $1 ice cream scoops at Blue Bell Creameries. Welcome to our Airbnb home! We want you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay with us. To ensure that everyone is happy and satisfied, we have established some house rules that must be strictly followed. Please take a moment to read through them before booking and make sure that you agree to them.
1. No Parties: Absolutely no parties are allowed in the house. This includes any gathering or event that involves more than the registered number of guests. This is not only for the safety of the house but also to respect our neighbors. If we receive any reports of parties, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $500 will be charged.
2. No Loud Music or Noises: Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially after 10 pm. Our neighbors enjoy peace and quiet, and we want to maintain good relationships with them. If we receive any reports of loud music or noise, your stay will be terminated immediately, and a fine of $200 will be charged.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property. If we detect smoking in the house, a fine of $500 will be charged.
4. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow any pets in the house.
5. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an additional fee, and you will be asked to leave.
6. Please dispose of your trash: Leaving trash and food inside the house will attract insects and rodents.
7. No Rearranging Furniture: Please do not move any furniture from its original position. If you do, you will be charged a fine of $100.
8. No Destruction of House Furniture/Items: Please treat the house and its contents with respect. If any damage is done to the house or its contents, you will be charged for repairs or replacements.
9. Be Mindful of Neighbors: Please be mindful that this is a duplex and you share a wall with tenants next door. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
10. Ensure All Sliding Doors and Windows are Locked: Please ensure that all sliding doors and windows are locked before leaving the house for your safety and the safety of the house.
11. Clean After Yourself: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition you found it. If excessive messes are left, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
12. Park only in your designated spot.
We take these rules seriously, and failure to abide by them will result in fines and early termination of your stay.
