This floor of the house offers a service bathroom, wardrobe and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, cooking island as well as oven, induction stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, lots of dishes and cooking utensils and high-quality coffee machine. From the kitchen you get outside into the private garden of the house, which surrounds the house on several levels and invites you to relax under old olive trees, surrounded by beautiful flowers. Deck chairs are available for you.

The bedrooms come with one 140x200cm bed, one 160x200cm bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be united to a 2x2m bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and can be completely darkened if desired.
The house also offers a small relaxation terrace with a herb corner and lounge furniture, a laundry room with washing machine and 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.
The next bus stop can be reached on foot in 4 minutes (Hotel Sayonara, 500m) and you will find some of the best restaurants on Lake Garda in the center of Castelletto (2.4km). Hikers can start walking from the house to climb Monte Baldo, the hiking trails lead here up to the Malga Pralongo or to the historic sights of Campo, the ancient village. The lake with its christal clear waters offers small bathing spots everywhere along the shore and can be reached on foot in 500 meters.
