Remarkable house of the 16th century, renovated (2025), in the heart of the Bastide de Bretenoux, medieval village of the Lot.
The house develops 130m2 and consists of a large bright and friendly living room with on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, table for 8 people, living room with leather sofas, LED TV, internet, office area
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms of 20m2, one with its bathroom and the second with its private bathroom (in the bedroom)
On the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
Close to the Cère River and a park, this townhouse, without a garden, is located in a quiet street a stone's throw from shops, bars and restaurants.
Excellent pieds à terre to visit Quercy, the padirac chasm, Rocamadour, and the "most beautiful villages in France" Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Loubressac, Autoire, Carennac, Beaulieu/Dordogne, Curemonte. And sail on the Dordogne.
Or for workers on missions with local companies.

Week end familial dans le Lot
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement au cœur de la ville médiéval de Bretenoux et à moins de 30 min de la plupart des plus beaux villages de la région. Chambres spacieuses avec salles de bain offrant de l’intimité à tous.
