This ranch-style home offers Central AC, WiFi, and flat screens in each room and one-floor living in a central Cape location. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the bike trail, bayside beaches, and shopping. The open floor plan provides easy gathering space for the family and dining space for 6. Watch the Red Sox play on the large flat-screen tv in the living room. The breakfast bar is a cozy place for kids to color, enjoy crafts, or journal about the day's exciting activities, all while waiting for dinner to be served. This home has wonderful natural light from the skylights and beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

Down the hall are the 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The primary bedroom (bedroom #1) has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed. Bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. Bathroom #2 off the hallway has a shower/tub combination. There is a full-sized washer and dryer located in the basement.

Enjoy starry skies and colorful sunsets on the outside deck with al fresco dining and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. After a fun-filled beach day be sure to enjoy the Cape Cod tradition and wash the sand and salt away in the enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy yard games on the lawn kept green with in- ground sprinklers.

There are 4 Kayaks provided and located in the basement. Use at Your Own Risk.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
