Great place to stay!

Winter Getaway

Great Place!
Stayed here with my partner and went to snowboard at the resort both days. Great location as it’s only a 5 minute drive away. Check-in was easy and the place was very clean, including the bathroom and bedsheets (which I’m very big on!!) we brought groceries to cook and the kitchen had all the cookware/dishes we needed, which was great. Would have appreciated a few basic things like body wash, non-expired seasonings, & olive oil but other than that everything was great.

An outstanding place to stay! Inside the unit was great, and could not have asked for more. The outside of the building needed cleaned up and repaired, but he inside was awesome. Had communication issues in getting our keycode, but it all worked out well.

Very nice for one or two people
Very nice well kept property. It is nicely decorated. Kitchen is supplied well supplied. Only complaint and it’s not the property owners fault. With all the snow, it’s hard to figure out what building. I had to walk around the buildings until I finally found a letter on one of them. The letters cannot be seen while driving. There are four buildings at this address. It would be good to mention building D is the furthest south.

Communication was thorough, helpful and very prompt. Cozy nice place for a couples trip. Nice towels and comfortable bed. Everything you would need in the kitchen to make your own meals. Can’t wait to go back for our third stay

Great place to stay for a ski trip
Everything is as described in the listing. The condo is spacious and warm with all the amenities you'd need to feel at home (but as another guest noted, bring your own facial tissue). It snowed heavily during our stay and someone came by every day with a snow blower, but it wasn't enough to clear a path – you won't be able to roll a suitcase. Not the owner's fault obviously but others should be aware. Also, the laundry is in another building. The owner was very responsive to questions through the app, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

Sweet little retreat

I needed a spot to work but also close to all the outdoor activities Brianhead has to offer. This unit was perfect. It has a desk and strong WiFi to set up my remote office and is just up the hill from the center of town. The unit was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and would not hesitate to book again.

Great place for a getaway!
My wife and I are Cedar locals but were just looking for a quiet off-season stay a half hour away up the mountains. Perfect place for a couple. It’s fairly small so I would not recommend for more than two people or for those that have children.

Very cute. Cozy for two people. Not overly private (front porch is shared and so is the walkway). All cooking items that you would need. Comfortable bed. Most bathroom items if you forgot something. Could have used some Kleenex and a 4th towel. Didn’t love that the fireplace is controlled by the thermostat.

Amazing Cozy Getaway
The property was nothing short of amazing and the owner was incredibly kind and gave quick responses to every question that I had. I would recommend this stay to anybody who enjoys the Brianhead area. It was the perfect relaxing getaway for my girlfriend and I.

This Place Is Super
We have been staying in Brian Head for almost 8 years. I have left many reviews, only 1 negative. My biggest complaint has been about the condition of the cooking utensils and pots and pans. There was 1 knife in this unit that could have been sharper and it was the first one that I grabbed, the non-serrated chefs knife. But, there were other knifes that worked in it's stay. The pans I believe were called Granite Stone. Perfect for a rental unit. As for the condo itself, it was a lot more than we expected from the pictures. The layout for the size was spot on for privacy when someone is sleeping and others are awake. The interior decor with the touches of ferns and Bonzi trees was a nice touch. There is a slight walk to the other side of the complex, but when you do there is nothing but trees. The layout is perfect to have our immediate family rent all 3 condo's on that side of the unit which we would like to do. As for my poor review for the property manager, I did send a text questioning the availability of local channels but did not receive a reply. Overall - Perfect MJT - JLT

Great for a couples ski weekend
We found the decor to be really well done and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. Good location required only a short 2 minute drive to the lodge parking lot for ski lifts but too far to walk. My only dissatisfaction was we found the bed to be way too soft. It was uncomfortable for our personal preferences.

Great location, easy access. Condo well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with any essentials. Brian Head is a fun little ski area. As a bonus, the owner even managed to provide 9" of fresh powder for first tracks.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! It was exactly as described and even more spacious than I had anticipated. Everything worked great and the owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend and I can't wait to come back!
