Giant steps #13 - Ski In/Out

Experience the ultimate ski getaway at our cozy 800 sqft ski-in/ski-out condo, perfectly situated on the second floor. With direct access to the Shotgun groomed run, you can hit the slopes right from your doorstep!

Living Space

Cozy Fireplace: Unwind after a day on the slopes by the indoor wood-burning fireplace.

Entertainment: Stay entertained with three smart TVs (Living Room: 55`, Bedrooms: 42`). The TV includes cable, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The condo is located on the 1st floor. To reach it, you`ll need to go up one set of stairs from the garage.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, complete with a wall-mounted thermostat for easy temperature control.

Second Bedroom: Features a versatile setup with a full/twin bunk bed and a twin/twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. An air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping space.

Living Space

Heating & Cooling

Heating: The condo is equipped with baseboard heaters in each room, controlled by a dial, except in the master bedroom, where a wall-mounted thermostat ensures a comfortable night`s sleep. A wall heater in the main living area provides additional warmth—just turn the dial on the unit and let it warm up for a minute.

Cooling: While there is no air conditioning, the mountain air keeps the condo cool and comfortable.

Shared Hot Tub & Sauna: Relax and rejuvenate after a day on the slopes.

Firewood: Conveniently available in the garage for your use.

Patio: Perfect for soaking in the mountain views.

Entertainment Room: Featuring billiards and a pool table for some friendly competition.

4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood if they wanted to use the indoor fireplace.
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
-When you arrive at building #1 there`s an underground parking garage you`ll park in

- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
