「We were not provided hand soap or tissues. We’ve been coming here for decades and over the last 5 years there seems to be less care taken. The rooms need a refresh. The elevators are scarred. Breakfast has fewer choices.」

「I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the walls had visible mildew, and several of the towels provided appeared unclean. When we requested clean bedding and covers, staff were unwilling to accommodate our request.
Additionally, we were asked to leave the pool area earlier than expected because a convention was scheduled to arrive, despite being paying guests of the property. This made us feel unwelcome and...
