“Breakfast buffet was okay.
Staff was outstanding all around.
Room was clean and looked recently renovated.
I was disappointed to see some trash by the pool and in the beach. Usually when we travel staff is always walking around cleaning. That wasn’t the case here. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable.
The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi coverage throughout the property.

“First the good…
The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience.
Now the not so good…
The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes.
And, the unacceptable..,
During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes……
