「This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.

「Skip was quick to communicate, checked in regularly to make sure everything was to my liking and that I had what I needed, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay! He even provided me with recommendations of places to visit when I arrived. The cleaning service was also worth the added charge, as it was extremely detailed and took one more thing off my plate.
