「We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.」

「A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!」

「This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times.」

「Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber extrem kalt. Wie wir am nächsten Tag herausfanden, gab es im ganzen Haus Probleme mit der Heizung. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass man nicht proaktiv darüber informiert wurde. Zusatzdecken mussten wir anfragen, wir wurden nicht selbstständig zusätzlich ausgerüstet. Ausserdem war die Fensterschliessung in unserem Zimmer defekt, die Fenster und der Balkonzugang dichteten nicht gut ab, was zusätzlich sehr kalt machte. Für den bezahlten Preis wäre wirklich eine bessere...

「什麼也不提供的酒店。 網上自助Checkiin。房間除了床，電視和厕所( 提供厕纸，洗手液和冲涼液),其他全部沒有，水杯都沒有，長住5日提供一次清潔執房，如果要執房，需要另付30法朗(不知道是每日支付或是一次性，我只住了2晚）。 餐廳值得一試,美味(蓬週三有promotion),員工好客。 」

「Amazing staff. Host Beata was incredibly warm and welcoming, she gave us tips for hiking and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel was close to all lifts and hiking trails. It was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We loved this hotel!」

The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment...
