with a kids retreat downstairs and the main living upstairs. This allows parents to be able to have some time out while still being within ear shot.

The peaceful surroundings will enable you to get a great night's rest and wake to the morning songbirds.

Hilltop is lucky enough to have neighboring kangaroos and ducks that visit daily.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider. Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

* Due to the property location, there is a strict noise curfew of 8pm Sunday to Thursday & 10pm Friday & Saturday nights.
All music and loud outside noises must be brought inside after the above times.
Noise does travel due to the location, and in respect of the Neighbours we ask that you adhere to the curfew times.
Failure to do so may result in your bond not being refunded. *

* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
